Adam's Spanish Immersion School

This phased project went through two summers and two school years. Phase 1 was a 2-story addition to the west and a 4-story addition to the north. Phases 2-4 were a complete remodel of the remaining school. Everything from the main service throughout the building was replaced with new electrical equipment/fixtures. The #1 priority with this project was that the students and staff were able to operate on their normal schedule in a safe and secure building separate from the construction zones.

Unity School, WI

New addition and remodeling of Auditorium, Gymnasium, Weight Room, Cafeteria, Classrooms and hallways – electrical and installation of new lighting, fire alarm system, audio/visual and security.

Saint Agnes School

This project started with the demolition of Bandas Hall which included the relocation of the existing utility service and the creation of a new electrical service. The existing electrical service was updated and refed from the new service. We worked with the Owner as a Design/Build Electrical Contractor to complete their new building called the Ubel Athletic Center (UAC). The UAC includes Bandas Gym and locker rooms, new Main Office, Music & Vocal Classrooms, additional Classrooms, a grand Commons Area and a shell space for a future Auditorium.

St. Croix Falls Elementary School

NEI was the successful electrical contractor for a 40,000 square foot addition and 30,000 square foot extensive remodel. This included a gymatorium, 25+ classrooms for K-4 students, Media Center, and a new kitchen. Electrical services performed include Interior and Exterior Site lighting with total facility lighting control, new 1600 amp 277/480 volt service, Fire Alarm, and complete rough-in for all low voltage systems.
