Project Approach
Connect with the Best, Connect with NEI Electric, Today!
Team Approach to Project Management
Pricing and design needs of each project are discussed and coordinated at a weekly project management meeting; manpower needs are coordinated and accessed on a daily basis. Project managers are assigned to each project to focus their efforts on pricing, project correspondence and resolution of project issues. Foremen are responsible for and available to concentrate on safety, material coordination, manpower staffing and installation.
Our weekly Project Management meeting and networked project information system ensures other team members are knowledgeable about your project and available when called upon.
Focused on Safety
Safety is a major concern at NEI Electric. Our safety committee meets quarterly to assure compliance with OSHA and the National Electrical Code. Installation hazards are accessed and specific Method of Procedures (MOP) are written to ensure safe electrical installations.
Trained, Professional Staff
Quarterly meetings are held for service electricians and foremen to share best of practice, ideas and experiences. Management uses this opportunity to discuss safety, company policy changes, new tools and equipment and to communicate company business philosophy with field staff employees. Our field staff employees are members of the Local Unions of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW).
