NEI Electric collaborated on the phased remodel and addition of Adams Spanish Immersion School, a 95,575-square-foot project delivered over two school years and two summers. Our approach ensured uninterrupted school operations, prioritizing the safety and security of students and staff while providing cutting-edge electrical solutions.
Delivered in four phases, including a two-story addition to the west and a four-story addition to the north, followed by a complete remodel of the existing school.
Installed a new main electrical service to modernize and enhance the building’s capacity and reliability.

Provided comprehensive power distribution, including new receptacles, wiring, and circuiting to meet the demands of the expanded and remodeled areas.

Integrated fire alarm and emergency systems to ensure compliance and a secure environment for occupants.
