Design/Assist involves NEI Electric and other contractors in the design team with the owner, architect, engineer, and general contractor. We work together on design, constructability, and value engineering to ensure the project stays on track and within budget.
Design/Assist brings the contractor into the design team, which includes the owner or their representative, the architect, engineer, general contractor, electrical contractor (NEI Electric), and other sub-contractors.
With a design/assist project, we will meet with the electrical engineers and NEI Electric on design and construction issues and offer value engineering suggestions to ensure the project stays on budget and on time.
